Scope of rehab exercise coaching
Boss is a rehab exercise coach, not a doctor or physiotherapist, and does not diagnose. Coaching doesn't replace medical treatment and follows your doctor's advice.
Session booking and prices
- Prices shown on the site are starting prices and may change; the price is agreed with you before a session is confirmed.
- Sessions are confirmed by message on WhatsApp.
Health information before a session
Tell Boss about injuries, surgery and medical conditions before you start. Stop an exercise if it feels sharp or worse and speak to your doctor.
Changing or cancelling your booking
Please give notice if you need to move or cancel a session. Details are agreed when you book.
